SMS Elotherm achieves up to 80% time saving
in the standardized construction process
of high-performance key products by
using the CAD-CAM system EUKLID Design
from EUCAD Software. With hardly more
than the push of a button, systems are constructed
from SAP PPS data and technical information
regarding the spool calculation
for inductive heating. These systems are used
for the hardening of crank shafts for many
European car brands.
At Peiner Träger, contour data and table-controlled
roller constructions are transferred
directly to the SINUMERIC or R&D controls.
Reprocessing of worn rollers is done with
“correctional turning” to make them reusable.
At various Siemens plants, production
processes are controlled by CAD constructions
which are intelligent and equipped
with parts lists and technical data.
EUKLID Design is also used by Wick for
the production of windows and doors and
provides the maximum of just-in-time processing
variants in object building, for the
production of a diverse range of window and

Mit dem CAD-CAM System EUKLID Design
von EUCAD Software erzielt SMS Elotherm
bis zu 80 Prozent Zeitersparnis im standardisierten
Konstruktionsprozess hochperfomanter
Schlüsselprodukte. So werden aus
SAP PPS-Daten und technischen Angaben
zur Spulenberechung für induktive Erwärmung
fast auf Knopfdruck jene Anlagen
konstruiert, die für die Härtung von Kurbelwellen
zahlreicher europäischer Automarken
eingesetzt werden.
Bei Peiner Träger werden die Konturdaten
von tabellengesteuerten Walzenkonstruktionen
direkt an SINUMERIC- oder R&D-Steuerung
übergeben. Über das „Korrekturdrehen“
erfolgt die Nachbearbeitung abgenutzter
Walzen und somit die Aufbereitung
zur Wiederverwendbarkeit. In diversen Siemens-Werken
werden Produktionsprozesse
über intelligente, mit Stücklisteninformationen
und technischen Daten ausgestatteten
CAD-Konstruktionen gesteuert.
Zudem kommt EUKLID Design in der industriellen
Fenster- und Türenfertigung bei Wick
zum Einsatz und sorgt im Objektbau für ein
Höchstmaß an Just-in-time Verarbeitungsvarianten
in der Produktion unterschiedlicher
Fenster- und Türentypen. �
