Automation solutions can go online “virtually”<br />
long before their actual commissioning,<br />
by using process simulation. Errors, which<br />
usually occur during the commissioning of<br />
the plant, can be detected early on. This simulation<br />
saves expensive commissioning<br />
time. The staff of the plant operator can be<br />
trained in this simulated plant during the<br />
planning phase.<br />
We provide automation know-how and<br />
know-why and we develop the control concept<br />
of the plant in cooperation with the<br />
plant‘s operator or contractor. This concept<br />
is the basis for guidelines for the programming<br />
of the control system. We check the<br />
suitability of our solutions with the dynamic<br />
simulation of the plant. The fully programmed<br />
control system can be connected to the<br />
process simulation and it can be checked before<br />

Wir sparen Inbetriebnahmezeit<br />
durch Einsatz von Prozessmodellen<br />
Durch Einsatz von Prozesssimulation kann<br />
eine <strong>Automatisierung</strong>slösung bereits lange<br />
vor der Inbetriebnahme „virtuell“ in Betrieb<br />
genommen werden. Fehler, die normalerweise<br />
erst bei der Inbetriebnahme auf der Anlage<br />
zu Tage treten, werden so bereits frühzeitig<br />
entdeckt. Das spart teure Inbetriebnahmezeit.<br />
Das Bedienpersonal des Anlagenbetreibers<br />
kann bereits in der Planungsphase an<br />
der simulierten Anlage geschult werden.<br />
Wir liefern <strong>Automatisierung</strong>s-Know How<br />
<strong>und</strong> -Know Why, entwickeln zusammen mit<br />
dem Betreiber bzw. Errichter der Anlage das<br />
Bedienkonzept der Anlage <strong>und</strong> erstellen daraus<br />
die Vorgaben für die Programmierung<br />
des Leittechniksystems. Die Tauglichkeit unserer<br />
Lösungen überprüfen wir an der dynamischen<br />
Simulation der Anlage. Das fertig<br />
programmierte Leittechniksystem kann an<br />
die Prozesssimulation angeschlossen <strong>und</strong> geprüft<br />
werden, bevor die Inbetriebnahme beginnt.<br />
