Abends ausgehen in sexy Kleidung
ist in Maspalomas nun wirklich
nichts ungewöhnliches. Nur mit
dem Boutique Angebot hapert es ein
wenig. Grund genug für Melanie Hitzemann
einen Modegeschäft der speziellen
Art zu eröffnen. Ab Oktober geht es los
mit „Lovers“– der Boutique in der Cita mit
einer grossen Auswahl an High Heels und
Hot Dresses. Auch die männliche Kundschaft
soll nicht zu kurz kommen.
Und jetzt noch eine ganz besondere
Neuigkeit für die Gran Canaria Pilger
der alten Garde. Das Bavaria im
Cita Keller ist gekauft worden. Laut Neu
Eigentümer Andreas Gardner soll der hintere
grosse Tanzbereich wiedererweckt
und im alten Glanze erstrahlen. Die Entrümpelung
wurde gerade abgeschlossen
und die Renovierung ist im vollen Gange.
Martin from the „Machbar“, wellknown
not just because of his cult
bar in the city but also from the
radio, left Mixradio to focuss himself to
his passion: singing and moderating. Ok
his singing voice we can just hear by visiting
the bar for example at caraoke nights
but in his new radio station Primavera,
we will soon be hearing him moderating
daily, fresh and lively. He sents directly
from the Machbar - Radio to touch. We are
anxious.
The famous Austrian restaurant Ola
also in the Cita has changed the
owner and is now operated by Robert
and business partners. Robert is not a
stranger to Ola’s guests - he’s been a chef
in Ola for a long time. The menu is now
more modern and mediterranean. In addition
there should be a new huge selection
of high-quality wines and schnapps.
Reopening is on 1st September.
Who likes French (food) certainly
knows the Parrots Restaurant on
the edge of the Yumbo Center.

Owner Rene unfortunately passes in the
near future his really great Chefkoch.
Chris starts his own path - but has helped
the Parrots to become a worthy successor.
A new card is already being worked
on. The highlights of the old Parrots will
be maintain in any case. Our personal tip:
Salade de gesiers confits. Do not ask what
that is: We assure you: unique on the
whole island.

After the Shorties passed very
hard times, Birgit took the helm
again. Together with her business
partner Marcelo she changed
the old beach club concept completly
and welcome you now in a relaxing
and modern Taperia. Reason enough
or the German TV Chefs to visit the
Shorties again – we are looking forward
to the release in TV. Also there
is rumor around that Goodbye Germany
has announced themself again
for a new shooting.
There is nothing special in going
out with sexy clothes in
Maspalomas. But the shopping
possibilities so far are very poor. Reason
enough for Melanie Hitzemann
to open a fashion shop of a special
kind. From October onwards, we start
her new fashion shop “Lovers” - the
boutique in the Cita with a large selection
of high heels and hot dresses.
Males should not be missed out.

And now a very special novelty

pilgrims of the old guard.
The Bavaria in the Cita cellar
has been bought. According to
new owner Andreas Gardner the
back big dance area is to be reawakened
and shine in the old
glitter. The clearing has just been
completed and the renovation is
in full swing.
