moments: During 60 sparkling seasons, the Wiener Stadthalle
in Vienna has firmly established itself in the local cultural landscape
and is presenting numerous top events in the new season as well.

With a value added exceeding 100 million euros per year, the Wiener
Stadthalle is also a major economic motor for the city. With about
300 events and one million visitors per year, it provides sustainable
employment.
Whether a major sports event, opera evening, rock concert or international
TV show, the Wiener Stadthalle is the perfect location, with perfect
public transport links. With its “Weihnachtstraum” it also offers a
wonderful space for corporate functions. Reception in the Christmas
village, glittering illumination and a relaxing lounge area belong to the
repertoire, together with a snow machine, dance floor, bars and DJ

top events in the new year. The new ATLANTIS Holiday on Ice Show
from 16 to 27 January 2019 in Hall D will transport audiences to quite
an extraordinary world. ATLANTIS Holiday on Ice is an homage to a
sunken paradise, and welcomes the audience to the most spectacular,
magnificent and magical island kingdom of all legends! A cast of 35
international professional ice skaters will bring life and love in Atlantis
to life in surface and underwater scenes. “Holiday on Ice is family
entertainment at its best and is a top event and huge ticket seller,” says
Wolfgang Fischer.
The Wiener Stadthalle will satisfy those hungry for excitement with
exceptional concerts and shows throughout the year. For instance,
2019 will bring glittering concerts by big favourite performers such
as Herbert Grönemeyer, EAV, Pizzera & Jaus, Shawn Mendes, Eros
Ramazzotti, Sir Elton John, the Backstreet Boys and Willi Resetarits,
who will perform on the occasion of his 70th birthday.
