Collection, types of payment, results and sale of unsold lots<br />
Collection<br />
If you have successfully bid for specific<br />
lots, you can pay for and collect them<br />
as soon as they have gone under the<br />
hammer. To do so, please inform our<br />
staff at reception so that they can get<br />
the items in question ready for you. It<br />
is also possible to collect your purchased<br />
lots in person in the weeks following<br />
Advance payment<br />
Auction lots are only delivered to new<br />
customers if they have paid in advance.<br />
No exceptions will be made unless<br />
verifiable references have been given.<br />
Following the auction, you will receive<br />
an invoice by post and we will send the<br />
goods to you once payment has been<br />
received.<br />

Customers who regularly take part in<br />

must be authorised in writing by the<br />
auctioneer prior to each auction<br />
with an invoice. Each invoice becomes<br />
due for the full amount as soon as it is<br />
received.<br />

Auction results<br />
The results of the auction can be found<br />
on our website www.felzmann.de on<br />
the day of the auction.<br />
The complete list of results is sent to all<br />
catalogue recipients within the space of<br />
a few days.<br />
Sale of unsold lots<br />
Lots that have not been sold at the<br />
auction are available for sale afterwards.<br />
Non-limited lots can be purchased for<br />
10% less than the starting bid. If you<br />
wish to offer less than 10%, we can<br />
contact the consigner for you.<br />
• Approximately two weeks after the<br />
auction, there is an official day during<br />
which lots can be viewed in detail at<br />
our offices.<br />
• The sale of unsold lots begins<br />
directly after the auction and<br />
takes approx. four weeks.<br />
