General safety information<br />
• Never drive the vehicle faster than the maximum permissible speed.<br />
Moped: 25 km/h<br />
Scooter: 45 km/h<br />
Always observe the legal speed limits on road signs.<br />
Loading<br />
The maximum total weight specifi ed in the permit may not be exceeded.<br />
Remember that adding accessories and luggage can change the road behaviour of the<br />
vehicle.<br />
Try to observe the following general regulations when loading:<br />
• Make sure that the objects to be transported are fi xed securely and tightly to the<br />
vehicle. Shifting objects can suddenly upset the balance and negatively affect<br />
the road behaviour.<br />
• Avoid loading the vehicle unevenly.<br />
• Try to stow the luggage/accessories as close and as low as possible on the motor<br />
scooter.<br />
Vehicle modifi cations<br />
Modifi cations by conversions or additions can make your vehicle unsafe and could<br />
endanger you and other road users. Modifi cations may only be carried out where they<br />
are legally allowed. Ask your dealer whether they are allowed when purchasing or<br />
choose original KREIDLER accessories.<br />
“Tuning” of engines is illegal. Operating safety is no longer guaranteed and the life of<br />
the engine parts is drastically reduced. You will also lose your insurance cover, the<br />
operating permit and your guarantee.<br />
