Front brake<br />
No setting is necessary.<br />
Wear inspection:<br />
The disk brake liners must be inspected for wear<br />
at the intervals specifi ed in the maintenance<br />
schedule.<br />
The wear on the brake liners is inspected visually<br />
as follows:<br />
1. Pull the right hand brake lever.<br />
2. Look at the brake cylinder from the front to<br />
determine the remaining thickness of the brake<br />
liner (at least 1.5 mm).<br />
Rear brake<br />
Setting:<br />
You can adjust the rear brake with the setting nut<br />
22. The brake tension is set correctly when the<br />
hand brake lever moves freely approx. 15 mm. The<br />
rear wheel must move easily when the vehicle is<br />
placed on the main stand.<br />
Screw in the setting nut (clockwise) = the play gets smaller<br />
Loosen the setting nut (anticlockwise) = the play gets bigger<br />
