important requirement for optimal operation of the
equipment. the customer completely agrees and
the next day, a fluid service emergency vehicle is
on site. the fluid engineers take oil samples directly
from the machines and assess them right away in
the vehicle. after a short time, they are able to determine
whether the oil is contaminated, whether
there is water in the oil and whether there is possibly
a mix of different oils which do not blend together.
these results are presented to the customer using photographs and diagrams. if
he wishes, the customer may also be present as the samples are assessed and take
a look down the microscope for himself.
on the basis of the data extracted, further measures can be recommended. a bypass
flow filter system can be used to filter the hydraulic oil while the production
machine is running. no machine down time is necessary. if the oil is too polluted or
has become contaminated by other fluids such as water, for example, a complete
oil change is recommended. and our fluid engineers are of course the first point
of contact when machines need to be converted to biologically degradable oils.

the technical consultant drives to the debriefing with the customer. he discusses
the mobile rapid hydraulic service’s and the fluid service’s past deployments with
the workshop manager. the customer is particularly impressed with the speed and
professionalism. he then reports that he has for some time suspected that one of

his machines is not running optimally despite having new hose lines and clean
oil. our technical consultant suggests also bringing industrial assembly on board.
his colleagues there analyse the current situation and document it for the customer
and for their hansa-fLeX colleagues in dresden-Weixdorf. With the data
extracted, Weixdorf is able to simulate the machine and thus identify any losses
of flow. they can also use repeated new simulations to adjust various components
and thus optimise efficiency. on the basis of the data from Weixdorf, industrial
service discusses the further process with the technical consultant, the customer
and the branch. the modified components are prepared in the nearest branch and
supplied to the customer where industrial service builds them into the equipment.
and the very next day, the machine is operating at optimum efficiency.
this example can be expanded in any direction. depending on the customer’s circumstances,
the sealing technology, pipe bending centre, plant construction or
metal hoses divisions may also get involved. because hansa-fLeX is truly a onestop-shop

auf der diesjährigen hannover Messe konnten die
besucher zum ersten Mal ein exemplar der neuen
geländewagen bestaunen, die bei der XWorLd südamerika
zum einsatz kommen. die vW amarok sind
speziell für fahrten im unwegsamen gelände umgerüstet
worden. direkt nach der Messe wurden die
fahrzeuge verladen, um sie auf dem seeweg pünktlich
zum tourstart nach buenos aires zu bringen.
at this year‘s hanover Messe, visitors got their first
glimpse of the new off-road vehicles that will be used
during the XWorLd south america. the vW amaroks
have been specially equipped for journeys across
rough terrain. immediately following the trade fair,
the vehicles were loaded up to get them by sea to
buenos aires in time for the start of the tour.
