unabdinglich.
brandschutz teilt sich in vorbeugende und abwehrende Maßnahmen. Wobei unter
abwehrenden Maßnahmen alle Mittel gemeint sind, die im vorfeld die brände vor
dem entstehen und ausbreiten hindern beziehungsweise einschränken. darunter

bauliche Maßnahmen sind sehr vielfältig. sie reichen von den verwendeten baustoffen
und bauteilen (in deutschland geregelt in din 4102 und env 1992-1-2),
über den bautechnischen brandschutz in industriebauten (geregelt in der
din 18230), über die fluchtwegplanung bis hin zu Löschanlagen in gebäuden. bei
einem größeren neubau muss in deutschland ein brandschutzgutachten durch
einen zugelassenen gutachter erstellt werden. das brandschutzkonzept muss mit
den zuständigen behörden abgestimmt werden. diese regelungen sind von bundesland
zu bundesland unterschiedlich. bei jedem neubau einer niederlassung arbeitet
hansa-fLeX eng mit den brandschutzgutachtern
zusammen und sorgt so dafür, dass immer das aktuelle
stand der brandschutzverordnungen erfüllt werden.

Fire prevenTion in BuildinGs
there is a wide range of measures applied in buildings. they range from the
construction materials and parts used (regulated in germany by din 4102 and
env 1992-1-2) and structural engineering fire prevention in industrial buildings
(regulated under din 18230) through to the planning of evacuation routes and the
positioning of fire extinguishers in buildings. in germany, larger scale new builds
require an authorised assessor to issue a fire safety certificate. the fire prevention
plan must be agreed with the appropriate authorities. these regulations may vary
from federal state to federal state. each time a new branch is built, hansa-fLeX
works in close consultation with the fire safety assessment bodies to ensure compliance
in every case with the latest fire prevention regulations.
planT-speciFic Fire saFeTy
this includes in-plant fire alarm systems, automatic fire extinguishing equipment
and systems which feed sprinkler extinguishers. smoke and heat venting systems,
visual and acoustic alarms, manually-operated fire alarms, fire doors and smoke
alarms also fall within this category, however. our head office and branches of
course comply with all the safety-related standards with respect to plant-specific
fire safety.

one of the aims of fire safety within the organisation is to ensure that the correct
procedure is followed should a fire break out. to this end, employees need to
be trained in irregular practices. important requirements: these exercises should
be taken seriously by everyone concerned and managers should be led by good
example. organisational fire prevention also includes appointing fire prevention
officers, setting up alarm and fire prevention plans as well as installing an easily
visible network of evacuation routes and secure meeting points.

with state-of-the-art fire protection devices and extinguishers.
