den in der innenstadt für den motorisierten verkehr gesperrt und für fußgänger
und fahrradfahrer freigegeben. im september 2010 nahmen elf der insgesamt 15
hansa-fLeX Mitarbeiter in thailand an diesem event teil und radelten auf ihren
fahrrädern mehrere Kilometer durch die innenstadt bangkoks. „das hat uns allen
sehr viel spaß gemacht und wir wollten das gerne häufiger machen“, berichtet Kitisak
suwanwong, Managing director hansa-fLeX thailand. da der autofreie tag
aber nur einmal im Jahr stattfindet, musste eine andere Lösung gefunden werden.

„Wir haben einen Kunden, der für seine Mitarbeiter jedes Wochenende radtouren
veranstaltet und uns einlud, dort mitzumachen“, erinnert sich Kitisak suwanwong.
diese einladung nahm man gerne an. die Mitarbeiter sind davon so begeistert,
dass sie ihre eigenen fahrräder mit hansa-fLeX aufklebern und Logos bekleben,
um ihre Zugehörigkeit deutlich zu machen. um das erscheinungsbild der Kollegen
abzurunden, erhielten sie fahrradtaugliche sportkleidung in hansa-fLeX-optik.
und so radelt nun einmal in der Woche ein elfköpfiger trupp bis zu 60 Kilometer
durch das umland bangkoks. immer mit dabei ist herr suwanwong, denn er fährt
für sein Leben gerne fahrrad. in der stadt fahren sie nur am autofreien tag. bei
den touren geht es nicht um geschwindigkeit oder ums gewinnen, das ist herrn
suwanwong wichtig zu betonen. es ist der spaß der im vordergrund steht. und
den sieht man ihnen an.
Seit dem 01.07.2006 besteht die HANSA-FLEX Niederlassung in Bangkok. Dieses
Jahr feiert sie ihr fünfjähriges Jubiläum. eine zweite thailändische niederlassung
wurde am 17.10.2007 in Sarabuti eröffnet. ¡

Jedes wochenende fahren sie bis zu 60 kilometer im vollen Hansa-FleX Branding.
one thing dominates in the city of angels: the chaos of traffic. every day, cars,
tuktuks, buses and other motorised vehicles vie for space on the streets of Krung
thep. the result is daily traffic jams and noticeable air pollution. to counter this
trend, there has been a ‘car-free’ day in bangkok for many years. While some cars
are allowed on the roads of Krung thep on this day, they are not permitted to drive
everywhere. some main arteries within the city centre are closed to motorised
traffic, but left open to pedestrians and cyclists. in september 2010, 11 of the total
of 15 hansa-fLeX employees in thailand took part in
this event, cycling several kilometres through the city
centre of bangkok. “We all had a really good time and
we were keen to repeat the experience on lots more
occasions,” says Kitisak suwanwong, Managing director
of hansa-fLeX thailand. but since there is only one
car-free day a year, another solution had to be found.
“We have a customer who organises cycle tours for his
customers every weekend and who invited us to take
part,” recalls Kitisak suwanwong. the invitation was readily accepted. the staff
were so excited that they applied hansa-fLeX stickers and logos to their own
bicycles in order to make their affinity clear. to complete the image, staff were
presented with cycling gear featuring the hansa-fLeX visual image. and as a result,
11 people cycle up to 60 kilometres in the area outside bangkok every week.
one regular is Mr suwanwong, who loves cycling. they only cycle in the city on
car-free days. Mr suwanwong is quick to point out that the trips are not about
speed or about winning. the main thing is the enjoyment. and that is what really
comes through.
The HANSA-FLEX branch in Bangkok opened on 01.07.2006. It celebrates its
fifth anniversary this year. a second thai branch was opened in sarabuti on
17.10.2007. ¡
