The <strong>analysis</strong> of the population structure shows that almost half of the population is over 46 years old
(25% falls between the 46 <strong>and</strong> 64 age range, while 20% are over 65 years old). A good 21%, however,
belongs to the 0-18 age group, while 6% to 19-25. 13% are young workers (26-35), while the
remaining 16% falls in the range of 36-45 years (Table 29). The situation remained substantially
unchanged from 1998 to 2008 (Figure 16).
