In order to develop a model of community <str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g> home-based hospitality, LISTEN areas should be<br />

provided of small dimensi<strong>on</strong> real estates, which could be c<strong>on</strong>verted into accommodati<strong>on</strong>, for example:<br />

� Private houses;<br />

� Chalets;<br />

� Community-hold properties;<br />

� Farmhouses.<br />

1.1.5. Summary of the characteristics of target territories<br />

In the choice of target territories, the characteristics described above are in part m<str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g>atory, in part<br />

instead they are preferential element (Table 1).<br />

1.2.1. Model of destinati<strong>on</strong> development<br />

M<str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g>atory<br />

Preferential<br />

The point of reference of the <str<strong>on</strong>g>analysis</str<strong>on</strong>g> is the Weaver Model, a broad c<strong>on</strong>text model of destinati<strong>on</strong><br />

development, within which various scenarios, including the classic Butler sequence itself, can be<br />

situated.<br />

The model c<strong>on</strong>sists of four inclusive <strong>tourism</strong> ideal types, based <strong>on</strong> the relati<strong>on</strong>ship between the level<br />

of <strong>tourism</strong> intensity or scale, <str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g> the amount of regulati<strong>on</strong> associated with the <strong>tourism</strong> sector.<br />
