Skill Development Centres (SDCs) of Polytechnic Colleges etc. Such
infrastructure and equipment can be used to open more training centres by the
Sub-Missions.
ii. The Training Partners who have entered into MoU with Sub-Missions should
run a minimum of 1/4th of the Training Centres on their own.
iii The Training Partners shall be instructued to appoint a dedicated 'Anchor-
Persons-Mobilisation to coordinate with district functionaries for jointly
mobilising the eligible youth for the RYK trainings. A part from this, the Training
Partners to be suggested to place a District Coordinator to inspect all the Training
Centres of Training Partner and ensures the quality trainings in terms of
imparting minimum guaranteed skills.
iv. Every training centre should have requisite facilities in terms of class rooms,
class room furniture, drinking water, washrooms, toilets and kitchen and
dormitories etc. The details of such necessary infrastructure required in a
Training Centre and details of minimum facilities and requirements for
residential trainings are given in Annexure 5.
v. The list of major Professional Training Partners already engaged is given in
Annexure 6.
vi. As per the space and capacity of infrastructure in the training centre, the
number of batches/student strength (for simultaneous trainings) for that
training centre shall be decided.
vii. All the training centres (both OTC &TPs') shall be registered in RYK portal.
No training under RYK shall be conducted in unregistered premise.
