9. Ground Operations<br />

● Prepare aircraft for<br />

flight.<br />

● Perform thorough<br />

preflight <strong>of</strong> the<br />

aircraft.<br />

● Provide backup for<br />

aircrew from parking<br />

area to runway.<br />

10. Pressurization System<br />

● Maintain an in-depth<br />

knowledge <strong>of</strong> the<br />

aircraft<br />

pressurization system.<br />

11. Electrical (DC) System<br />

● Maintain an in-depth<br />

knowledge <strong>of</strong> the<br />

aircraft DC electrical<br />

system.<br />

12. Electrical (AC) System<br />

● Maintain an in-depth<br />

knowledge <strong>of</strong> the<br />

aircraft AC electrical<br />

system.<br />

● Correctly and expeditiously<br />

performs appropriate ground<br />

checklists.<br />

● Correctly inspects all critical<br />

aircraft external components.<br />

● Maintains adequate lookout for<br />

ground traffic and other hazards.<br />

● Correctly identifies components <strong>of</strong><br />

and can safely operate the<br />

aircraft pressurization system.<br />

● Verbalizes emergency oxygen<br />

procedures to 100%.<br />

● Correctly identifies components <strong>of</strong><br />

and can safely operate the DC<br />

electrical system.<br />

● Correctly identifies components<br />

that are lost in the event <strong>of</strong><br />

specific failures <strong>of</strong> the DC<br />

electrical system.<br />

and can safely operate the AC<br />

electrical system.<br />
