1. <strong>Training</strong> Philosophy. IUTs observe and instruct flight and<br />
simulator events in all phases under supervision <strong>of</strong> a qualified<br />
SI.<br />
2. Matrices. The following matrices are an overview <strong>of</strong> the<br />
entire Tactical Stage, separated into T-39 Strike <strong>Training</strong>, T-39<br />
Fighter <strong>Training</strong>, and T-45C ATM <strong>Training</strong>. The purpose <strong>of</strong> these<br />
matrices is to provide the IUT and SI the easiest way to track<br />
progress, regression, and overall status in relation to the MIF.<br />
In addition, there is a single matrix following each block<br />
description throughout this chapter.
