The results presented in Figure 5-24 shows the predicted ultimate rotation capacity of the connection
versus the rotation capacity of the connection at failure. A close examination of these results reveals that
majority of data point fall in between ±5% error envelope, which shows close agreements between the
predicted and calculated values.
