bag with a cloth tag?<br />

Have personal effects, o<strong>the</strong>r than those found on remains, been placed in<br />

separate bags, sealed securely, and tagged according to <strong>the</strong> recovery number?<br />

Were <strong>the</strong> bags removed to <strong>the</strong> collection point?<br />

Were body pouches, body portions, and personal effects placed aboard <strong>the</strong><br />

mortuary vehicle and strapped down prior to movement?<br />

Have <strong>the</strong> remains been moved to <strong>the</strong> medical facility, cold storage or refer van<br />

for processing as appropriate?
