defensive posture, <strong>and</strong> conduct for special evolutions. Obtains navigational fixes <strong>and</strong> charts convoy's track.<br />

Maintains liaison with Naval Control of Shipping Officer <strong>and</strong> Staff during preparations for sailing convoy.<br />

comm<strong>and</strong>er's appointments <strong>and</strong> transportation. Assists in ceremonies, honors <strong>and</strong> courtesies. Prescribes uniform<br />

regulations as directed. Serves as flag signal <strong>officer</strong> <strong>and</strong> as division <strong>officer</strong> for flag allowance.<br />
