proficiency in Petroleum Logistics applications by successfully<br />

completing the two year Joint Petroleum Logistics program at the<br />

University of Kansas (KU) <strong>and</strong> U.S. Army Comm<strong>and</strong> <strong>and</strong> General<br />

Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, KS. (Previous KU Petroleum<br />

Management graduates are gr<strong>and</strong>fathered <strong>and</strong> may receive the 913<br />

AQD provided they served in a Petroleum billet (no minimum<br />

length))<br />

Officer has served as fuel <strong>officer</strong> or Liquid Oxygen Plant Officer of<br />

Air Station or major shore activity.<br />

Officer has been involved in procurement policy, procurement of<br />

material, or as Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO).<br />

Officer has been assigned as Administrative Contracting Officer<br />

(ACO) or worked in contract administration, quality assurance, or<br />

contract termination.<br />

Officer who has completed 120 days or more of a TAD/TDY<br />

overseas assignment in support of joint contingency operations.<br />

Officer has had broad general experience in the transportation area<br />

through a series of tours in various segments of the area; or served<br />

in a transportation policy billet at MTMC, NAVSUP, or a major<br />

staff.<br />

Officer has planned or directed the movement of cargo by various<br />

means.<br />
