Officer has had an assignment involving subsistence policy at
NFSSO, DPSC, Food Management Teams or multiple food service
assignments.
Officer has served as Food Service Officer of a large ship or major
shore station.
Warfare qualified Supply Corps officer completing at least one of
the following: (1) served at least 24 months in a billet coded with
either a 913 AQD or 1307X subspecialty, or; (2) demonstrated
proficiency in Petroleum Logistics applications by successfully
completing the two year Joint Petroleum Logistics program at the
University of Kansas (KU) and U.S. Army Command and General
Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, KS. (Previous KU Petroleum
Management graduates are grandfathered and may receive the 913
AQD provided they served in a Petroleum billet (no minimum
length))
Officer has served as fuel officer or Liquid Oxygen Plant Officer of
Air Station or major shore activity.
Officer has been involved in procurement policy, procurement of
material, or as Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO).
Officer has been assigned as Administrative Contracting Officer
(ACO) or worked in contract administration, quality assurance, or
contract termination.
Officer who has completed 120 days or more of a TAD/TDY
overseas assignment in support of joint contingency operations.
Officer has had broad general experience in the transportation area
through a series of tours in various segments of the area; or served
in a transportation policy billet at MTMC, NAVSUP, or a major
staff.
Officer has planned or directed the movement of cargo by various
means.
