accounting procedures. Plans and assigns work for account maintenance, reconciliation of accounts, preparation of
payrolls and examination of vouchers. Applies accounting procedures to operation of accounting department.
Records and controls commitment, obligation and expenditure of funds. Prepares reports of financial position.
Conducts cost accounting and analysis.
