The demonstrations should last about 10 - 15 minutes at each meeting.<br />
4. Instructors will also be asked to provide instruction and skill review during<br />
<strong>Troop</strong> Advancement weekends. Full credit for Leadership as an Instructor is<br />
given upon the completion <strong>of</strong> both <strong>Troop</strong> and Advancement weekend<br />
demonstrations and training.<br />
5. One Instructor will be appointed to coordinate service projects. In this role, he<br />
will work with the adult leaders to organize, announce, and lead all <strong>Troop</strong><br />
sponsored service projects.<br />
Historian (Website)<br />
1. The historian will serve as the webmaster for the <strong>Troop</strong> website. This includes<br />
keeping the site calendar current, updating new functionality, and assisting with<br />
adding pictures.<br />
2. The webmaster will work closely with the Patrol Leader Council to solicit ideas<br />
and keep them informed <strong>of</strong> changes.<br />
Historian (2- Photographers)<br />
1. The <strong>Troop</strong> Historian will record troop events by keeping records, pictures, and<br />
stories <strong>of</strong> each event.<br />
2. The Historian must have access to a digital camera so pictures <strong>of</strong> <strong>Troop</strong> events<br />
can be added to the <strong>Troop</strong> website and shown at <strong>Troop</strong> meetings.<br />
3. The Historian will arrange for two scouts to report about each event at the first<br />
meeting following the event. This may include slide shows, stories, or videos<br />
<strong>of</strong> the event.<br />
Patrol Leader Council<br />
All leaders listed above are expected to attend the Patrol Leader Council (PLC)<br />
meeting held 30 minutes before each <strong>Troop</strong> meeting.<br />
