Money: Each <strong>Scout</strong> should bring some spending money (estimated $50) to cover<br />

lunch on the trip to camp and purchases at the Trading Post. <strong><strong>Scout</strong>s</strong> will be<br />

responsible for planning and managing their own money.<br />

Mail and telephone: Call the camp only in case <strong>of</strong> emergency, Mail can be sent<br />

to (but don’t send it any later than Monday). Check the website for the address and<br />

phone number. Forgotten items and mail can also be sent with the adults who are<br />

coming to stay at camp on any given day.<br />

Email: Check the troop website for the link to the website to send electronic<br />

messages to <strong><strong>Scout</strong>s</strong> attending camp this week. Go to the website and make the<br />

appropriate selection based on the dates we will be attending.<br />

Merit badge materials: We recommend that you buy or borrow the pamphlets for<br />

the merit badges you intend to study at camp, read them now, and bring them to<br />

<strong>Troop</strong> Guide 37 Be Prepared!
