Install FUSARC type fuses with<br />
medium type strikes according<br />
to IEC 32 - 3IEC 282-1 and DIN<br />
43-625.<br />

- Open the MV compartment.<br />
- Insert in first the fuse of the farthest phase.<br />

Fitting fuses in DI4 cubicle<br />
- The striker end of the fuse is marked.<br />
- Fuses shall never be held in the middle.<br />
- Insert the bottom end of the fuse all the<br />
way into the lower ring contact.<br />
- The fuse characteristics and direction of<br />
mounting are printed on the fuse.<br />
- Turn the fuse so that the label is in front<br />
(striker at the top end).<br />
- Open the upper field control screen by<br />
means of the top end of the fuse.<br />
- Then fit the top end of the fuse in the upper<br />
contact and check that the field control<br />
screen is properly closed.<br />
