Navalis with name plate<br />
It is no longer necessary to have to do without the wonderful<br />
view of lovingly manufactured timekeepers on smaller boats<br />
with limited space.<br />
The case of the Navalis model is crafted in solid brass, finely<br />
polished, and nickel-plated. The glass pearl-blasted,<br />
silver-plated dial and the lovingly handmade, blued hands<br />
are protected by a mineral crystal.<br />

Additionally, the quartz-driven Navalis model is housed in<br />
the same case as our nautical instruments and can therefore<br />
be perfectly combined with them.<br />
Optionally a plate can be offered for example with the name<br />
of the ship or its owner and then screw-mounted onto the dial.<br />

Instruments<br />
At sea, meteorological information plays just as important<br />
a role as the time. For this reason, <strong>Sattler</strong> has added<br />
adequately designed and manufactured instruments to the<br />
company’s marine clocks.<br />
A thermometer displays the temperature in Celsius or<br />
Fahrenheit as desired and an aneroid barometer possesses<br />
an additional hand to mark the actual air pressure in hPa<br />
or inches as selected. The third instrument is a precision<br />
hygrometer that illustrates relative humidity in percentages<br />
using so-called Supratherm technology.<br />
The clearly smaller and thinner cases of this trio of additional<br />
instruments are crafted in solid brass, finely polished, and<br />
nickel-plated to a shiny finish for protection from corrosion.<br />
Three screws allow the cases to be securely fastened on<br />
board. A simple hanging device in the back is provided<br />
for mounting at home. As usual on <strong>Sattler</strong>’s precision clocks,<br />
the solid brass dials are finely sandblasted after being turned,<br />
silver-plated, and covered with a clear lacquer for protection<br />
from oxidation.<br />
Fine, blued Breguet-style hands with their characteristic<br />
counterweights precisely indicate each of the measurements.<br />
