Collecting Warhol’s World

Photos of Warhol and the photographers
around him — David McCabe, Billy Name,
Robert Mapplethorpe and Thomas Hoepker
— offer a fascinating glimpse into the New
York underground scene of the 1960s,
including the legendary Factory. These
images are from a private collection, From
Cobra to Contemporary, belonging to
