6.30am Catch the fi rst morning light<br />

with a walk down to Eagle Street<br />

Pier. Hop on a ferry over to Thornton<br />

Street, Kangaroo Point, and turn<br />

right when you get off following the<br />

signs past Riverlife (via Lower River<br />

and kayaks. Don’t miss all 120 of<br />

Brisbane’s steepest stairs which will<br />

take you to the top of the Kangaroo<br />

Point Cliffs.<br />

7am At the top, enjoy a freshly<br />

brewed coffee followed by breakfast<br />

7771). Take in the river views<br />

while the children play in the<br />

adjacent open grassed areas<br />

and playground.<br />

8.30am Retrace your steps back<br />

down the Kangaroo Point Cliffs and<br />

along the river-walk pathway until<br />

you reach the city’s iconic Story<br />

Bridge. Suitable for anyone aged<br />

10 years or over and all levels of<br />

fi tness, a Story Bridge Adventure<br />

Climb (170 Main Street, Kangaroo<br />

top will reveal a glistening cityscape<br />

and the winding Brisbane River. For<br />

the more adventurous, how about a<br />

30-minute abseil down the bridge?<br />

11am Head back to the Thornton<br />

Street ferry terminal for a relaxing<br />

CityCat ferry ride and take in the<br />

new Riverfront Revival CityCat Tour,<br />

which shares the revitalisation of<br />
