Welcome to Jetstar Magazine.
As a relatively young airline with a very modern fl eet,
we get great feedback from customers who really enjoy
fl ying on Jetstar’s planes.
Last month we had a glimpse of an all-new aircraft that will
join our fl eet — the Boeing 787 Dreamliner — when it touched
down in Australia for a visit. Jetstar will be the fi rst airline in
Australasia to fl y the 787 in 2013.
The 787 signals a new era in air travel. For starters, it’s 20%
more fuel-effi cient than similar-sized aircraft. It will deliver a great
experience for travellers, including bigger windows and reduced
jetlag thanks to more comfortable cabin pressure.
If you fl y with us often, you might have noticed new types of
seats in some of our existing aircraft. We’re gradually upgrading
seats right across our Airbus A320/1 fl eet to give you more
legroom and make your experience with us more comfortable.
