It’s easy to be enamoured with Jennifer
Hawkins. She’s the genuinely charming
Aussie girl-next-door who radiates inner
peace and happiness, all wrapped up in
a neat package of a bronzed, toned body and
a warm smile.
The Miss Universe beauty, who turns
28 in December, has certainly come a long
way since winning the coveted crown at
the ceremony with an astronomical global
audience, back in 2004. Fast forward seven
years and she has carved out quite the
career for herself. Indeed, she has fashioned
herself as a TV presenter (on travel show
The Great Outdoors, then later as a host
on Make Me A Supermodel — and was
nominated for a Logie for Most Popular
New Female Talent in 2006), a swimsuit
designer for her brand Cozi, even a property
mogul, acquiring an impressive property
portfolio with fi ancé, model and carpenterturned-builder
Jake Wall. It seems there’s
no stopping Jen, as she’s aff ectionately
known. She’s in the prime of developing
brand Hawkins and the sky is the limit.
