PAYROLL SAVINGS REQUEST POSES ‘UNPALATABLE’ OPTIONS
NAPD, as a professional association, is not involved in the Teachers’
Conciliation Council or negotiations dealing with salary and terms
and conditions of employment at national level. The context is
the reality that school Principals routinely make diffi cult choices
regarding the disbursement of scarce resources.
partners to explore various options to avoid direct salary cuts and
collective response could not be agreed.
