RESERVATIONS FOR CAMP MEETING 2013<br />

Attached please find an application form for accommodation for camp meeting 2013 as well as a map of<br />

the caravan park. Kindly indicate 2 or 3 sites where you wish to park your caravan. We will try our best<br />

to accommodate your specific preference, but it cannot be guaranteed. If you wish to book for a group,<br />

please complete a separate form for every individual stand. We can only allocate 1 stand per family.<br />

Under no circumstances will camping sites be allocated for parking of vehicles only, therefore the<br />

registration number of the caravan must also be supplied.<br />

In the light of the town planning developments at Sedaven, we have to adhere to municipal as well as<br />

health and safety regulations. Therefore, the camp meeting planning committee had to reconsider<br />

especially the risk of overcrowding. The following was voted by this committee:<br />

1. The maximum number of persons allowed on one caravan/tent site will be 6 (six).<br />

2. Only 1 (one) motor vehicle will be allowed per site, room or hut. Vehicle permits will be provided<br />

at the accommodation office on arrival.<br />

3. No extra vehicles will be allowed in the caravan park due to lack of space.<br />

Bookings open on 15 <strong>November</strong> <strong>2012</strong>. We can usually only accommodate half of all applications<br />

received. Persons who stay hundreds of kilometers away (e.g. in Mpumalanga, Limpopo, North West)<br />

from Sedaven and cannot travel in and out on a daily basis will receive preference as far as possible for<br />

rooms, huts, etc.<br />

Complete the application form and return it to us at your earliest. If you fax through your application form,<br />

please phone us to make sure that we have received the fax. Also please make sure that the fax is<br />

clear. The closing date for applications will be 15 December <strong>2012</strong>. No money should accompany the<br />

application form. We will allocate your accommodation and let you have the details of the amount due<br />

and manner of payment. NO TELEPHONE RESERVATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED.<br />

Please indicate clearly on the application form whether you are handicapped, in a wheel chair, aged or<br />

have little children (cradle roll age), etc. in order for us to take this information into consideration when<br />

allocating accommodation.<br />

KAMPVERGADERING BESPREKINGS VIR 2013<br />

Aangeheg is ‘n aansoekvorm vir akkommodasie vir Kampvergadering <strong>2012</strong>, asook ‘n kaart van die<br />

karavaanstaanplekke. Dui asseblief 2 of 3 staanplekke aan waar u graag u karavaan wil parkeer. Ons<br />

sal ons bes probeer om aan u spesifieke voorkeur te voldoen, maar dit kan nie gewaarborg word nie.<br />

Neem asseblief kennis dat sodra meer as een staanplek langs mekaar bespreek word, dit moeilik is om<br />

aan u versoek te voldoen. Indien u vir ‘n groep bespreek, voltooi assebleif ‘n aansoekvorm vir elke<br />

individuele staanplek staanplek. Ons kan ook slegs een staanplek per gesin toestaan. Onder geen<br />

omstandighede sal ‘n staanplek toegeken word vir parkering van voertuie nie en daarom moet die<br />

registrasienommer van die karavaan ook asseblief voorsien word.<br />

In die lig van die dorpsbeplanning ontwikkelings by Sedaven word daar van ons verwag om te voldoen<br />

aan munisipale sowel as gesondheids- en veiligheidsregulasies. Dienooreenkomstig moes die<br />

kampvergadering beplanningskomitee veral die risiko van oorbevolking heroorweeg. Die volgende was<br />

deur hierdie komitee gestem:<br />

1. Die maksimum aantal persone wat per karavaan/tentstaanplek toegelaat word, is 6 (ses).<br />

2. Slegs 1 (een) voertuig sal per kampeerplek,kamer of hut toegelaat word. Die voertuigpermitte sal<br />

by aankoms by die akkommodasiekantoor aan u uitgereik word.<br />

3. Geen ekstra voertuie sal op die kampeerterrein toegelaat word nie weens ‘n gebrek aan spasie.<br />

Besprekings open op 15 <strong>November</strong> <strong>2012</strong>. Ons kan gewoonlik slegs die helfte van alle aansoeke<br />

akkommodeer. Persone wat honderde kilometers van Sedaven bly (bv. in Mpumalanga, Limpopo en<br />

Noord-wes) en nie op ‘n daaglikse basis heen en weer kan reis nie, sal sover moontlik voorkeur geniet vir<br />

kamers, hutte, ens.<br />

Voltooi die aansoekvorm volledig en stuur dit so spoedig moontlik aan ons terug. Indien u aansoekvorms<br />

faks, skakel asseblief om te hoor of ons die faks ontvang het. Maak ook asseblief seker dat die faks<br />

leesbaar is. Die sluitingsdatum vir aansoeke is 15 Desember <strong>2012</strong>. Geen betalings moet die<br />

aansoekvorms vergesel nie. Ons sal akkommodasie aan u toeken en u dan van die besonderhede met<br />

betrekking tot die kostes en betalingsprosedure voorsien. GEEN TELEFONIESE BESPREKINGS SAL<br />

OORWEEG WORD NIE.<br />

Dui asseblief duidelik op u aansoekvorm aan indien u gestrem of in ‘n rystoel is, of u bejaard is en of u<br />

klein kindertjies (kleuterouderdom) het, sodat ons, sover moontlik, dit in ag kan neem wanneer ons<br />

akkommodasie toeken.<br />

Ons sien weer eens uit na ‘n geseënde kampvergadering deur God se genade.<br />
