relaX on one of Margarita’s beaches. There are<br />
more than 70 coves, bays and strips to choose from.<br />
if you’re into watersports, head to playa el agua.<br />
The sand here stretches out for four kilometres<br />
and the whole scene is lined with coconut palms.<br />
it’s a great place to people-watch, too, because<br />
it attracts everyone from joggers to surfers.<br />

BoarD a glass-bottomed boat and head out<br />
to explore Buccoo reef, Tobago’s best coral reef.<br />
The eco system here has been growing and<br />
changing for more than 3.5 million years, and<br />
it’s home to more than one million species of<br />
fish and plantlife. Some of the things you’re likely to<br />
see here are angelfish, parrotfish and manta rays.<br />
and, if you’re lucky, you’ll spot a barracuda.<br />

St George's - GRENADA<br />
plUNge into the natural pool at the bottom<br />
of St Margaret Falls. This waterfall is also known<br />
as the Seven Sisters, because it’s made up of<br />
seven separate cascades of water. The natural<br />
phenomenon is set in the heart of the grand etang<br />
National park, and it takes a 25-minute walk<br />
through spice plantations to get to it.<br />

TreK along the Vermont Nature Trail.<br />
The paths here are lined with giant ferns and<br />
bamboo stems that soar 60 feet into the air,<br />
and the treetops are a nesting ground for<br />
hundreds of parrots. Keep an eye out for the<br />
amazona guildingii. This endangered bird is<br />
St Vincent’s national symbol and it’s recognisable<br />
by its neon yellow tail feathers.<br />

Castries - ST LUCIA<br />
gaZe up at the pitons from piton Bay. These two<br />
mountains are the most photographed landmarks<br />
in St lucia and they give the island its famous shark<br />
fin silhouette. if you’re feeling energetic, you can<br />
try your hand at climbing the gross piton, but bear<br />
in mind it reaches 771 metres into the sky.<br />

Bridgetown - BARBADOS<br />
FiND out what lies beneath the waves with a trip<br />
on the atlantis Submarine. This underwater vessel<br />
will take you as deep as 130 feet below the surface,<br />
where you can look at the marine life through<br />
over-sized portals. look out for nurse sharks<br />
and manta rays.<br />
