MEETING SCHEDULE<br />

Four of the eight working groups that are part of ESTA’s Technical Standards Program will be meeting during the USITT Conference. ESTA Working Group meetings are not closed, and may be visited by anyone<br />

who is affected by the work being done or who would like to see how the committees that USITT helps support go about their business.<br />

Please note that these are working meetings and are not open discussions or public presentations. No <strong>time</strong> will be spent presenting background information or bringing visitors up to date. Visitors will be asked<br />

to remain silent unless they wish to speak to a specific issue before the working group that directly and materially affects them. Even in these cases, their presentation <strong>time</strong> may be limited by the chairperson.<br />

Seating is limited, and first priority must go to working group members.<br />

All the Working Group meetings are scheduled to be held in the Hilton Cincinnati Netherlands Plaza, while Conference and ETCP Sessions will be held at the Duke Energy Center.. This schedule is subject to<br />

change; some meetings may be cancelled, some may be added, and some may be rescheduled. Please check the schedules posted in the hotel lobby for the most recent information and room assignments.<br />

ELECTRICAL POWER WORKING GROUP<br />

Bonner and Ruling will present a look at planning safe work practices on a jobspecific<br />

basis using risk assessment as a tool. The role of standards in helping to<br />

determine risks and ways to mitigate them will be featured.<br />
