Final Courses,<br />
The subjects of the Final Courses shull be the fol·<br />

Ill. (a) Constitutional Law.<br />
(b) International Law.<br />
GROUP B.<br />
{ IV. (a) Equity.<br />
(b) Criminal Law.<br />
Lectures in the above groups of subjects will be<br />
delivered in alternate years. The Lectures for the<br />
Session will consist of twenty-four Lectures delivered<br />
by each Professor.<br />
Lectures in the subjects included in Group ,'\ \\'ill<br />
be delivered in the Session 1920-1921, in Michaelmas,<br />
Hilary, and Trinity Terms.<br />
The Lectures will extend over the following topics:<br />
I. (a) Jurisprudence-Theory and Principles of Leg<br />
islation.<br />
For reference and further study-Graham, English<br />
Political Philosophy; Bentham, Theory of Legislation<br />
1. (b) Roman Law-An expository treatment of the<br />
following matters:-<br />
(1) Law of Property.<br />
(2) Law of Obligations.<br />
(3) Law of Inheritance and Testamentary Succession<br />
