be obtained on the following conditions:-<br />

Class I. 'fhe candidate must be a Bachelor of Art.,<br />

of at least one year's standing, who<br />

(a) shall have pursued for one year a .prescribed<br />

post·graduate Course in Celtic Studies;<br />

(b) shall have written and presented a satisfactory<br />

dissertation based upon the work done, or<br />

the study pursued, by him during the yenr;<br />

and<br />

(c) shall have performed such other exercises as<br />

may be prescribed to that end;<br />

Or,<br />

Class Ill. The candidate must be a Bachelor of Arts<br />

of at least two years' standing, who, after graduation,<br />

(a) ghall have written and presented a satisfactory<br />

dissertation.<br />
