REGULATIONS,
SECTION I.
1. At the beginning of the College Session a report
shall be sent to the parents or guardians of each student,
setting forth (1) the Faculty which he has entered.;
(2) the fees paid by him; and (3) the Dean of ReSIdence
under whom he has entered.
2. A student's name shall not be entered on a classroll,
nor shall credit for any attendance at Lectures be
obtained, until such student has (a) attended before the
Registrar; (b) entered his name with that Officer as a
student of such classes as he proposes to attend; and
(c) has paid the Bursar the requisite fees. In the case of
a County Council Scholar, the notification from his
Council of the award of the Scholarship will be accepted
for College and Class Fees for the purposes of this Rule.
3. Class-rolls shall be called not later than ten minutes
after the hours appointed for the beginning of Lectures,
and no student shall obtain credit for attendance after
that time.
4. Any student may be refused credit for attendance
at a lecture, or may be ordered to withdraw from a
Lecture-room or Laboratory by any Professor, Lecturer,
or Assistant, on account of disorderly conduct; inattention
; unpunctuality ; neglect to wear Academic dress;
or not haying proyided himself with the nece:3sary textbooks.

5. The Registrar shall notify the Professors, Lecturers,
and Assistants of the imposition of any fine on students
attending their Lectures, and also of the payment of
