The principal changes effected in the new Regulations<br />
are, (1) the addition of one year to the period of study;<br />
(2) the addition of Elementary Biology, Physics, Diseases<br />
of the Eye, Insanity, and Fevers, to the obligatory subjects<br />
of study; (3) the extension of the Hospital attendance;<br />
( 4-) four examinations take the place of three.<br />
