XXXll STATUTES, RULES,<br />
and discipline in the College, shall be permitted, without<br />
undergoing a preliminary examination, to attend any<br />
separate course, or courses, of lectures; but shall not be<br />
permitted to become candidates for Scholarships or other<br />
prizes, or to enjoy the other privileges of Matriculated<br />
Students.<br />
Matriculated Students who attend voluntary courses<br />
shall, so far as these courses are concerned, be regarded<br />
as N on-:\lairiculated StLldents.<br />
CHAPTER XII.<br />
Of the Library.<br />
The Library shall be open at such times, and shall be<br />
subject to such regulations, as the Council shall prescribe.<br />

Of the Jluseums.<br />
The Museums shall be open at such times, and subject<br />
to such regulations, as the Council shall prescribe.<br />
CHAPTER XIV.<br />
Of Vilitations.<br />
The Board of Visitors appointed by Us shall hold their<br />
ordinary Visitation triennially, at some time ill the College<br />
Session to be fixed by them, with the concurrence<br />
of the President, for the purpose of Yi"iting and inspecting<br />
the different departments of the College, and of inquiring<br />
into the general state of discipline therein, and<br />
of hearing appeals of such Professors, Office· bearers, or<br />
Rtudents, as Dlay consider themselves aggrieved by any<br />
sentence of the College authorities, and of deciding upon<br />
them according to the Statutes of the College; provided<br />
that notice of such appeals, and of the acts 01' decisions<br />
complained of, be furnished to the President at least<br />
seven days before the commencement of such Visitation;<br />
