areas throughout the city.<br />
Project Costs<br />
The Opinion <strong>of</strong> Probable Cost (OPC) shown on the following slides includes:<br />
• Pool structure, equipment, and enclosure (indoor)<br />
• Support Spaces<br />
• Entry<br />
• Locker rooms<br />
• Storage/Mechanical<br />
• Office Space<br />
• Site Construction Cost ($25 per sq. ft.)<br />
• FF&E<br />
• 5% inflation<br />
• 10% contingency<br />
• Indirect costs for A&E, surveys, permitting, etc.<br />
• The OPC is based on local labor and material costs<br />
• The OPC does not include Land Acquisition, Demolition, or Un-anticipated<br />
environmental concerns<br />
