2. 32001 L 0080: Directive 2001/80/EC of <strong>the</strong> European Parliament <strong>and</strong> of <strong>the</strong> Council of 23<br />

October 2001 on <strong>the</strong> limitation of emissions of certain pollutants into <strong>the</strong> air from large<br />

combustion plants (OJ L 309, 27.11.2001, p. 1).<br />

(a) By way of derogation from Article 4(1) <strong>and</strong> (3), <strong>the</strong> emission limit values for sulphur dioxide,<br />

nitrogen oxides <strong>and</strong> dust shall apply to <strong>the</strong> following plants in <strong>Croatia</strong> as from 1 January<br />

2018:<br />

1. BELIŠĆE d.d., Belišće: steam boiler K3 +K4 (240 MW)<br />

2. DIOKI d.d., Zagreb: steam boiler SG 6401C (86 MW)<br />

3. HEP-Proizvodnja d.o.o., Zagreb, TE Plomin 1: steam boiler (338 MW)<br />

4. TE PLOMIN d.o.o., Plomin, TE Plomin 2: steam boiler (544 MW)<br />

5. HEP-Proizvodnja d.o.o., Zagreb, TE Rijeka: steam boiler (800 MW)<br />

6. HEP-Proizvodnja d.o.o., Zagreb, TE Sisak - block 1: steam boilers 1A+1B (548 MW)<br />

7. HEP-Proizvodnja d.o.o., Zagreb, TE Sisak - block 2: steam boilers 2A+2B (548 MW)<br />

8. HEP-Proizvodnja d.o.o., Zagreb, TE-TO Zagreb: consisting of block C steam boiler K3,<br />

hot water boilers VK 3, VK 4, VK 5, VK 6 <strong>and</strong> steam boiler PK 3 (total: 828 MW)<br />

9. HEP-Proizvodnja d.o.o., Zagreb, EL-TO Zagreb: consisting of block 30 MW with steam<br />

boilers K4 (K8) <strong>and</strong> K5 (K9), block 12 MW with steam boiler K3 (K6), hot water<br />

boilers WK 1 <strong>and</strong> WK 3, <strong>and</strong> steam boiler K2 (K7) (total: 510 MW)<br />

10. HEP-Proizvodnja d.o.o, Zagreb, TE-TO Osijek: steam boilers K1+K2 (total: 196 MW).<br />

3. 32008 L 0001: Directive 2008/1/EC of <strong>the</strong> European Parliament <strong>and</strong> of <strong>the</strong> Council of 15<br />

January 2008 concerning integrated pollution prevention <strong>and</strong> control (OJ L 24, 29.1.2008,<br />

p. 8).<br />

By way of derogation from Article 5(1), <strong>the</strong> requirements for <strong>the</strong> granting of permits for existing<br />

installations shall apply to <strong>the</strong> following installations in <strong>Croatia</strong> only as from <strong>the</strong> date indicated for<br />

each installation, insofar as <strong>the</strong> obligation to operate <strong>the</strong>se installations in accordance with emission<br />

limit values, equivalent parameters or technical measures, based on <strong>the</strong> best available techniques<br />

according to Article 2, point 12, is concerned:<br />
