In <strong>Croatia</strong>, direct payments shall be introduced in accordance with <strong>the</strong> following schedule of<br />

increments expressed as a percentage of <strong>the</strong> <strong>the</strong>n applicable level of such payments in <strong>the</strong><br />

Member States o<strong>the</strong>r than <strong>the</strong> new Member States:<br />

- 25 % in 2013,<br />

- 30 % in 2014,<br />

- 35 % in 2015,<br />

- 40 % in 2016,<br />

- 50 % in 2017,<br />

- 60 % in 2018,<br />

- 70 % in 2019,<br />

- 80 % in 2020,<br />

- 90 % in 2021,<br />

- 100 % as from 2022.'<br />

(u) In Article 132(2), <strong>the</strong> following point is added:<br />

'(c) By way of derogation from points (a) <strong>and</strong> (b), <strong>Croatia</strong> shall have <strong>the</strong> possibility to<br />

complement direct payments up to 100% of <strong>the</strong> level applicable in Member States o<strong>the</strong>r than<br />

<strong>the</strong> new Member States,'.<br />

(v) In Annex VII, <strong>the</strong> following is inserted after <strong>the</strong> entry for France:<br />
