Stay away from swimsuits and lingerie until your skill levels are<br />

sufficient <strong>to</strong> do a good job in this area. They are more difficult<br />

<strong>to</strong> do well. Almost any woman will pose for a portrait if you ask<br />

nicely. It could be your mom or your sister, a friend, a relative,<br />

or a neighbor. Be truthful. Tell them you are practicing and trying<br />

<strong>to</strong> become a better pho<strong>to</strong>grapher. Once you have a few nice<br />

images, move on <strong>to</strong> another woman and repeat the process.<br />

After you are adept at portraits, you can try your hand at pho<strong>to</strong>graphing<br />

a woman in a swimsuit. This is more difficult, but follow<br />

the lessons in this book and you will soon improve. It is<br />

much easier <strong>to</strong> ask a woman <strong>to</strong> pose in a swimsuit than it is in<br />

lingerie.<br />
