Full name is Grant Henry Hill... Is the only child of Calvin and Janet Hill… Father was a four-time Pro Bowl running
back with three NFL teams (Dallas Cowboys, Washington Redskins, Cleveland Browns) from 1969-74 and 1976-81,
and is currently a consultant with the Cowboys... Father was a fraternity brother of former President George W.
Bush at Yale... Mother is a graduate of Wellesley College (Mass.), where she shared a suite with Hillary Rodham
Clinton, and currently serves as a consultant in the Washington D.C. area… Hill and his mother actively campaigned
for Barack Obama during the 2008 presidential campaign… In the summer of 2010, was among a host of present
and past basketball pros who played a pick-up game at the White House with President Obama... He and his mother
played in the NBA Family Feud TV show during players vs. moms week, which aired in November 2007… As a kid,
used to wrap himself in tape and ice to be like his father… Wife, Tamia, is a four-time Grammy-nominated recording
artist… Along with Tamia, appeared on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” Nov. 14, 2007, in an episode titled “The Greatest
Love Story We’ve Ever Told”… The couple has two daughters, Myla Grace (8) and Lael Rose Hill (3)… Serves as
national spokesman for the Vaccines for Teens program, launched in 2009 as a collaboration between the NBA,
WNBA, Society for Adolescent Medicine and sanofi pasteur, and designed to educate teens and their parents about
