4.2.8 The offerers should have undertaken analysis of drugs and supplies of
similar nature for at least three Government departments/ institutions /
reputed manufacturers of drugs & supplies during the last three years.
4.2.9 The offerer should not be a lab blacklisted by KMSCL or blacklisted/
debarred by any other State / Central Government’s organization.
4.3 Methodology of testing and reporting conditions are clearly mentioned in
the clause No.5.25 and all the testing procedures are laid down on QC
manual of KMSCL modified from time to time which is published in the
official website and but due to the volume, the offerers are expected to
download and to ensure whether they have the technical capability to
undertake analytical / testing facilities as per the procedure mentioned in it.
Selection of samples sending to the empanelled labs will be by a computer
programme.
4.4 Penalties for deviation in the time limit prescribed in clause No.4.1 and
furnishing of inconsistent reports are detailed in clause No.5.27.
Note: - Furnishing of inconsistent test results three times or more in a year
will lead to blacklisting of the empanelled labs.
