5.1 Contents of the EOI Document:

Note:- QC manual prepared by the Corporation modified from time to
time have been hosted in the official website and this also forms
the essential part of EOI document.
5.2 Responsibility of verification of contents of EOI document
5.2.1 Purchasers of the EOI form shall examine all instructions, forms, terms and
specifications in the EOI Document and verify that all the contents
mentioned under clause 5.1, are contained in the 'EOI Document'.
5.2.2 Failure to furnish any information required by the EOI documents and
submission of an offer not substantially responsive to it in every respect
shall be at the offerer’s risk and may result in the rejection of the offer,
without any further notice.
5.3 EOI Document
5.3.1 The terms and conditions governing the Empanelment of labs are
contained in this "EOI Document".
5.3.2 The document can be downloaded from website www.kmscl.kerala.gov.in.
The offerers shall attach a separate Demand Draft / Bank Guarantee
towards EMD, failing which the offer will be rejected.
5.4 Guidelines for preparation of EOI
5.4.1 The offerer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation
