Chapter 2<br />

Introduction<br />

The aim of this document is to describe the <strong>Embedded</strong> <strong>Software</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Motor</strong> <strong>Control</strong><br />

<strong>Libraries</strong> <strong>for</strong> M<strong>PXR40xx</strong> devices. It describes the components of the library, its behavior<br />

<strong>and</strong> interaction, the API <strong>and</strong> steps needed to integrate the library into the customer<br />

project.<br />

2.1 Architecture Overview<br />

The <strong>Embedded</strong> <strong>Software</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Motor</strong> <strong>Control</strong> <strong>Libraries</strong> <strong>for</strong> M<strong>PXR40xx</strong> consists of four<br />

sub-libraries, functionally connected as depicted in Figure 2-1.<br />
