Chapter 2 Introduction<br />

In order to use the <strong>Embedded</strong> <strong>Software</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Motor</strong> <strong>Control</strong> <strong>Libraries</strong> <strong>for</strong> M<strong>PXR40xx</strong><br />

within a Eclipse-based CodeWarrior GUI environment, it is necessary to provide the<br />

Eclipse-based CodeWarrior GUI with access paths to the <strong>Embedded</strong> <strong>Software</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Motor</strong><br />

<strong>Control</strong> <strong>Libraries</strong> <strong>for</strong> M<strong>PXR40xx</strong> files. The following files shall be added to the user<br />

project:<br />

• Library binary files located in the directory "C:\Program Files\Freescale\MCLIB <strong>for</strong><br />

M<strong>PXR40xx</strong> v0.91\lib\cw10x" (note: this is the default location <strong>and</strong> may be modified<br />

during library installation)<br />

• Header files located in the directory "C:\Program Files\Freescale\MCLIB <strong>for</strong><br />

M<strong>PXR40xx</strong> v0.91\include" (note: this is the default location <strong>and</strong> may be modified<br />

during library installation)<br />

To add these files, select your project in the in the left tab, <strong>and</strong> from<br />

the menu select the option as described in Figure 2-19.<br />

In the window, select the from the left-h<strong>and</strong> list <strong>and</strong><br />

choose the tab <strong>and</strong> under the section, as<br />

described in Figure 2-20.<br />
