pIn input Pointer to the structure of the input vector.<br />

The function will return true "TRUE" if the input vector is being limited, or false<br />

"FALSE" otherwise.<br />

4.93.4 Description<br />

The GFLIB_VectorLimit function limits the magnitude of the input vector, keeping its<br />

direction unchanged. The maximum magnitude of the input vector in the following<br />

equation is defined by the letter "L". Limitation is per<strong>for</strong>med as follows:<br />
