Checking of the Configuration as per the technical specifications. 2. Running & printing the diagnostic tests for SYSTEM (S) to check for the specifications 3. Functional / Physical check of the Accessories supplied 4. The required backup time of UPS on full load to be demonstrated to GAIL 5. Complete functionality of the system shall be tested as per Scope of Work & Technical Specifications All the necessary latest security patches are to be pre-loaded on the Desktops & other applications packages (Like MS Office) before installation at sites as mentioned in the Scope of Work. 10.0 GUARANTEES, WARRANTEES & MAINTENANCE Downtime calculation for IT Equipment Vendor/Bidder shall be responsible for running each individual item at the uptime of 99% per quarter. The deduction for downtime will be as mentioned below. The downtime will be calculated on hourly basis per quarter on 24 hours basis for all items individually supplied in the order. The penalty shall be deducted from CPBG at the end of the warranty period. These items supplied in this order may be transferred to other GAIL locations in future as per the requirement. The Onsite Comprehensive Warranty shall be extended at the new locations also. All services, work, and deliverables will be performed by qualified personnel in a professional and workman like manner, in accordance with the level of industry standards in addition the Contractor warrants that • Performance of work will not violate any law, rule or regulation and Contactor will acquire all required permits and licenses During the warranty period the bidder shall arrange for transport / packing / courier for any equipment in case of any equipment is required to be taken to bidder’s / OEM’s office/factory. The bidder shall also ensure for operational replacement of the equipment in case of repair time being more than 2 days. COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTY All the items supplied to GAIL shall be covered under Comprehensive Onsite Warranty for a period of three years.
