MSS <strong>Fly</strong> 50 <strong>4T</strong> Engine<br />

- Check the diaphragm is in good conditions and<br />

remove the remaining components of the acceler-<br />

ating pump following these steps:<br />

- Insert the O-Ring in the pipe.<br />

- Insert the diaphragm together with the pin and its<br />

spring.<br />

N.B.<br />

REPLACE THE DIAPHRAGM IF THERE ARE SIGNS OF UN-<br />

DULATIONS, CRACKS OR HARDENING.<br />

- Fit the accelerating pump diaphragm cover and<br />

tighten the 2 fixing screws making sure the spring<br />

below is correctly positioned.<br />

- Fit the rubber bellows protecting the pin in the<br />

upper part of the accelerating pump.<br />

Level check<br />

- Tilt the carburettor so that the needle valve at the<br />

fuel supply is closed and the float weight does not<br />

affect it.<br />

- Check that the diaphragm closing line and the<br />

float central line are parallel as shown in the figure.<br />

- Blow air in to the tank and then assembly it and<br />

its gasket on the carburettor body with the 3 fixing<br />

screws.<br />

N.B.<br />

-ALWAYS USE NEW RINGS AND GASKETS FOR REFIT-<br />

TING.<br />

WARNING<br />

THE SCREW IN THE TANK BOTTOM IS A BLEEDING ONE<br />

AND CONSEQUENTLY IT ONLY REQUIRES CLEANING.<br />
