Refitting the hub bearings<br />
- Remove the wheel axle on the cover and pay at-<br />
tention not to damage the sealing lip of the oil seal<br />
- Apply a thin layer of grease on the two shim<br />
washers of the intermediate gear and fit one on the<br />
cap so that it does not interfere with the wheel axle<br />
gear when placing the transmission shaft<br />
Refitting the ub cover<br />
- Apply product recommended for surfaces on the<br />
hub cap and refit cap on the crankcase<br />
- Fit the 5 screws and tighten them to the specified<br />
torque.<br />
N.B.<br />
CLEAN THE CONTACT SURFACES OF THE HUB COVER<br />
AND THE HALF CRANKCASE OF RESIDUE FROM PREVI-<br />
OUS GASKETS BEFORE APPLYING A NEW ONE.<br />
